Bethany Lourdes Pangelinan joined Neni & Me in January 2016! She is the daughter of Ben and Barbara Pangelinan and is from the beautiful village of Sinajana. She is engaged to Brian S. Salas and they are the proud parents to their son, Aiden Ezekiel Pangelinan Salas and their fur-babies Daisy Olivia and Wookiee Bear. Family is the most important thing to her and that is what makes her an asset to the Neni & Me Team.
Before joining the Neni & Me Team, Bethany was an Executive Assistant for three years. She has previous experience in retail and customer service as well. She enjoys discovering, learning, and experiencing new things. She is the owner of Beautiful Little Pieces, a business that caters to handmade creations and digital designs, as well as My Head vs My Heart, which is her blog where she writes about her personal experiences in hopes that her words may help someone who needs it. She is also a contributor to Neni & Me's 'Mom Blog' where she shares her love of crafts, DIY's, and her personal experiences as well. She hopes to one day publish a book about her journey in life, love, and motherhood.
Operations Supervisor & Customer Relations
Auriel Marie Tamayo joined Neni & Me in 2015! She is all about assisting our mamas and loves nenis (babies). A mother herself to the spunky four-year old AuRyan Jess Tamayo, she is the perfect fit for our mamas. She is determined and passionate about excelling in life, as she devotes her time to her family, school, and work. Outside of our showroom, Auriel takes part in several community activities, most notably, assisting her son's football team as an assistant coach and team mom. Auriel also contributes to our 'Mom Blog' in hopes to inspire and educate others on topics relevant to family and community life through personal experiences and research.
Auriel is from the beautiful village of Talofofo in the southern end of Guam and is the daughter of Anna and Fabian Tamayo. She is currently attending the University of Guam and pursing a Bachelors degree in Political Science. Post-graduation, she hopes to take part in public service and work closely with Guam's Leaders. She also desires to teach Guam's youth so that they will understand their roles and importance to our island and it's future. She also enjoys cooking, baking, Hot Hula, and going on outdoor adventures with her friends and family.
Founder-Director of Finance and Marketing
Laura Nelson-Cepeda (Founder/Director of Finance & Marketing) is a philanthropic and entrepreneurial enthusiast that found her passion in promoting womens’ health and the Chamoru culture. She is a mother to five beautiful babies (Aramiah, Giovanni, Luca, Theo and Lola), and is happily married to Bryon Cepeda. She is so grateful for all that God has blessed her with- the struggles, hardships and happiness. Her love for traveling has brought her to over 15 countries and she hopes to go to 15 more by 2019.
She has experience in retail, research and development, marketing, branding efforts, finance, non-profits, grant-writing/management for federal, private, and local entities. The companies she has trained with thrive on sales and service tactics which provided her with the necessary skills and insight needed to cater to niche markets. Her experience has provided her with the knowledge of how high-leveled competitors manage to remain at the top of their industry. Laura’s involvement in the community is her motivation to continue pushing forward Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration.
Founder-Director of Human Resources & Operations
Flora-Rose Weakley (Founder/Director of Human Resources & Operations) is a spirited individual that found passion in children and their educational development. She is the daughter of General Benny and Berni Paulino from Malojloj. She resides in the village of Ipan with her husband, Don Weakley III, and two children, Keira Gisele and Don IV. She loves to share experiences, spread awareness, encourage, and support others to help create a better island community.
She has experience in retail, finance, customer service, and education. For customer service she was trained by mainland corporate companies that thrive on the vitality of providing exceptional customer service. Flora’s experience in retail includes Gap Kids, Inc., Fantastic Shots (exclusively for children), and other small retail outlets. Her experience gained from these retail stores has provided her with the insight to open her own shop. Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Secondary Education.
